For decades, The Daily Review Newspaper told stories from this very building on University Drive in Edinburg, Tx.

The presses ran, the headlines were set, and the news of the Rio Grande Valley went out to every doorstep.

Today, Sidebar carries that legacy forward.

The original sign and printing press still greet you in the lobby, and every room is curated to honor the building's history and the community it served.

The lights are low.

Live jazz fills the room.

A bartender reaches for a rare whiskey or mixes a handcrafted cocktail, and dinner from our elegant dining kitchen is on its way.

You came for one drink, but the conversation keeps going, and before you know it, the evening has become a story of its own.

Whether it's date night, a celebration, or a private event, Sidebar is Downtown Edinburg's place to slow down, be present, and step into an era of elegance.

Just minutes from McAllen and UTRGV.

The stories never stopped here.

We just started pouring them.
